Where it started

Built in a working repair shop.

Shimwork started inside Bright Auto Service, an independent garage in Ontario. CROW came out of the shop's own day-to-day: the jobs, the vehicles, the reminders nobody had time to send.

Every product since has followed the rule a good mechanic uses. Find the gap someone has been living with, and fit the smallest part that closes it properly.
